Booking Terms
By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions for our mentoring program.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once we receive both your completed registration form and full payment. We will send a confirmation email with session details within 48 hours.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@ozbiznetwork.au.
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled session: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled session: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session: No refund will be provided.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy above and will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days.
- If we cancel a session: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- If you are dissatisfied with our services: Please contact us within 48 hours after your first session to discuss potential partial refunds or alternative solutions.
- No refunds will be issued after program completion.
5. Program Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to program content, dates, times, or mentors if necessary. In such cases, we will provide advance notice whenever possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during mentoring sessions remain the intellectual property of [Your Company]. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during mentoring sessions. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law.
