What we collect
Your name, business name, email address, phone number and role; the details you give when you book a mentoring session or register for a workshop or event; and, if you pay for a booking or ticket, payment confirmation from our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
How we use it
To arrange and confirm your mentoring session, workshop or event, to email you confirmations and reminders, and to follow up with you afterwards. Your mentor receives the details they need to prepare for your session. If your mentoring is funded by a local council, we share your details and the outcomes of your sessions with that council for funding and reporting purposes. We do not sell your details.
Who handles it
Oz Biz Network is responsible for your details. Our website is hosted by WordPress.com. Stripe processes payments, and Omnisend delivers email. Each handles only what its role requires.
Retention
We keep booking and session records while the mentoring program operates, so your history stays available if you book again.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask for them to be deleted at any time. Email info@ozbiznetwork.au and we will action it promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
